Staying Balanced - Bye Love-Handles



After a 3.5 mile jog on the trendmill I had to complete things with a balanced meal. Grilled Chicken Breast stripped Fajita seasoned with Rice and Pasta Blend w/ Broccoli flavored sauce. Low fat, high protein. Say adios to love-handles, Hello to abs cuz it's coming around the corner. 

Who said  (straight heterosexual) men can't cook? (Silence) Man all of the naysayers are really quiet today. 

Time to find a good cafe to study.

New Year, New Me

Although this doesn't look like the type of health progress that most dietitians would recommend I have to say it's progress for me. This year I want to start by cooking in more and ordering out less.
